New Residential Development Coming Soon on Route 208

It’s no secret that Kiryas Yoel is facing a housing crisis due to the massive growth of the community over the last few years.

To combat the issue, many steps are being taken to solve it; among them is a new residential development currently being planned, and the property is already being prepared for construction. 

The large, empty property on Route 208, near the parking lot recently used by the Excellent buses, is being prepared for a 90-apartment residential development. The project promises to bring beautiful, new housing to many Kiryas Yoel families in the near future.
