A new Satmar shul is opening this Shabbos at 155 Bakertown Road, near the Lakeside Panorama development, in the Village of Woodbury, close to the border of Woodbury and Kiryas Joel.

The kehilla recently announced the purchase of the large property, sharing plans to establish a spacious and beautiful beis medrash. The new shul will serve residents of the growing neighborhood and surrounding area.

The opening of the temporary shul this Shabbos, Parshas Vayeira, will allow residents to begin using the new location while plans for the larger permanent beis medrash move forward.
