Repaving work began Friday at the intersection of Orange Turnpike, Still Road, Pine Tree Road and Stage Road in the Village of Monroe.

As previously reported by DailyMonroe, the paving was scheduled as part of the Village’s ongoing project aimed at improving safety and traffic flow through the busy intersection.

Crews began working across the intersection, marking another major step in the broader improvement project.

Earlier work at the location included the installation of new traffic signals designed to better manage vehicles traveling through the area.

With the newly repaved road and recently installed traffic signals, the intersection will offer a smooth and safe route for drivers and pedestrians alike.
