Motorcyclist Airlifted After Route 208 Crash

A motorcyclist was seriously injured Friday night in a crash on Route 208 between Stonegate Drive and Peddler Hill Road.

According to emergency responders, the rider became trapped beneath the motorcycle following the crash and had to be freed by first responders. He suffered a dislocated shoulder and elbow and was drifting in and out of consciousness before being airlifted to a trauma center for further treatment.

The South Blooming Grove Fire Department, Salisbury Mills Fire Department, Blooming Grove Police Department, State Police, and Blooming Grove EMS all responded to the scene.
