Hotel Coming to Woodbury Common? Well, thats on Tonight's Planning Board Agenda

One of the most significant development proposals in years is on tonight’s Village of Woodbury Planning Board agenda.

The plan for Woodbury Common Phase V includes a proposed hotel, a second parking garage, and more than 159,000 square feet of additional retail space, potentially bringing major changes to one of the region’s busiest shopping destinations.

If approved, the expansion would further cement Woodbury Common’s status as an economic engine for the area, while also raising important questions about traffic, infrastructure, and future growth.

The Planning Board is scheduled to review the proposal tonight at 7:30 p.m.
