Chosson Injured in Kiryas Joel Crash Transferred to Israel for Continued Treatment

YSR.

Several months after a devastating head-on crash near Kiryas Joel left a chosson from Eretz Yisroel critically injured, the bocher has now been transferred to Israel to continue his recovery closer to his family.

The chosson, a talmid of Yeshivas Oryasa in Yerushalayim, had been hospitalized at Westchester Medical Center since the crash, where he received intensive treatment from medical professionals.

In recent days, after his condition improved enough to allow for transport and he regained consciousness, arrangements were made to transfer him to a hospital in Israel, where he will continue receiving medical care while surrounded by his family and friends.

Despite the encouraging progress, his recovery remains a long and challenging process. Those close to the family continue to ask the public to daven for Meir Pinchas ben Hadassah Esther, who remains in need of continued tefillos for a complete recovery.
