Chestnut Plaza Business Center Receives Site Plan Approval in South Blooming Grove

The Chestnut Plaza Business Center project received site plan approval on Friday from the Village of South Blooming Grove Planning Board.

The project is located on State Route 208 at the corner of the new Chestnut Road, directly across from Red Bird Drive.

Plans for the development include two four-story buildings, along with a large number of parking spaces designed to accommodate future businesses and shoppers.

With site plan approval now in place, the project is moving ahead to the permitting stage, continuing its progress toward construction.
