Work Underway at Dangerous Curve on Seven Springs Mountain Road

Crews from the Orange County Department of Public Works were seen working on Seven Springs Mountain Road to install a longer and stronger guardrail aimed at improving safety along the curve.

The new guardrail is expected to provide better protection for drivers navigating the road bend, which has been the site of multiple crashes in the past. The properties along the road will be safer with the guardrails as well.
