Woodbury PD Sets Up Checkpoint at Forest Road and Schunnemunck Road

Following a series of accidents at the intersection of Forest Road and Schunnemunck Road, the Woodbury Police Department has set up a checkpoint to enforce seatbelt use, registration, and vehicle inspection compliance.

The intersection has seen multiple accidents recently, attributed in part to the two-way stop sign configuration, which has caused confusion among drivers navigating the four-way intersection.

Police officials hope that by enforcing seatbelt, registration, and inspection regulations, drivers will be reminded to prioritize safety while passing through this hazardous intersection.
