Tuesday will be the coldest day, topping out at 38° with some sun peeking through the clouds. Wednesday will stay cool at 44°, with clouds lingering throughout the day.

By Thursday, temperatures will rise slightly to 46°, partly cloudy, making for a calm finish to a cold week.
