As fall officially begins today, Tuesday, September 22, cool fall weather has arrived in Monroe, with temperatures remaining in the 60s throughout the shortened business week. Cooler nights will bring an early taste of the approaching winter season, while mostly dry conditions and crisp, cool temperatures are expected through Thursday.

Tuesday will begin with partly cloudy skies before becoming overcast during the afternoon, with a slight chance of a rain shower. Temperatures will reach a high of 65 degrees and drop to a low of 47 degrees overnight.

Wednesday will bring partly cloudy skies, with a high near 66 degrees and a low of 45 degrees. Breezy conditions and cooler temperatures will add to the fall feel, especially during the evening hours.

Thursday will feature mostly sunny skies, with temperatures remaining cool. The high will reach near 66 degrees, with a low of 49 degrees.
