Two Power Outages Earlier Today in Kiryas Joel and Woodbury

By Y.M. Lowy

Parts of Kiryas Joel and the Woodbury area experienced two separate power outages today, briefly leaving homes, businesses, and traffic lights without electricity.

Both outages were short-lived, with power quickly restored each time and service returning to normal within a short period.

The outages were possibly connected to work being done at an Orange & Rockland substation.
