Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok Rebbe to Return to Eretz Yisroel Immediately After Shabbos Nachamu

It has now been decided by doctors and askanim that the Toldos Avrum Yitzchok Rebbe will remain in New York.

He will be attending the wedding of his grandson and leading the fundraising campaign in the coming week.

After the Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok Rebbe, shlita, was taken to the hospital last night due to his weakened health condition, it has now been confirmed this afternoon that the Rebbe will be returning home to Eretz Yisroel immediately after Shabbos Nachamu, instead of staying longer as originally planned.

This news has sent shock waves in the hundreds of Chaisidim who had hoped to have the Rebbe in New York for another three weeks. The central fundraising campaign "B'Ahava U'B'Ratzon," aimed at raising significant funds for the construction of the new large Beis Medrash for the Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok chassidus in Yerishulayim, was scheduled to take place next week during Parshas Eikev.

Now, with the new plan for the Rebbe to return home right after Shabbos Nachamu, hundreds of chassidim set out this afternoon from their homes on their way to Kiryas Yoel, where they will donate huge sums of money and pledges towards the Rebbe's Bhm"d.
