Site Work Begins at Lakeside Panorama Development

Construction activity is now visibly underway at the future Lakeside Panorama development, as heavy equipment has begun leveling and preparing the site for the project’s next phase.

Tractors and other construction machinery can now be seen flattening the ground, marking the beginning of site preparation for the large residential development. This grading work is one of the first major construction steps before excavation and foundation work can move ahead.

The Lakeside Panorama project, located across from Acres Enclave Phase Two, is planned to include 220 apartment units.

Residents can expect to see additional construction activity on the site in the coming weeks as the development continues to take shape.
