Repairs Scheduled For Seven Springs Road

Several few weeks ago Daily Monroe reported on its status about the damage that occurred to Seven Springs Road due the severe hot weather.

High temperatures during the heat wave caused the concrete to melt and created large potholes in the road, following tree cutting on the road for nearby developments.

The Town of Monroe announced that the damaged road, from Toby Place to Seven Springs Mountain Road, will be closed off this Thursday, July 18th, for repairs.

The pavement work will begin early in the morning, and residents are asked to use alternative routes.
