Orange County Marks National Worker Safety Month with Call for Caution and Appreciation

Orange County Emergency Services is recognizing National Worker Safety Month with a message of appreciation and a call for awareness. Road crews are out there every day, in all kinds of weather, just feet from your car, keeping the roads safe. 

Drivers are urged to stay alert, obey all posted signs, and put the phone down. Law enforcement will have a stronger presence in work zones this month, watching for speed and distraction, not just to issue tickets, but to protect lives.
