O&R Schedules Two Power Outages Today

Orange & Rockland Utilities is carrying out two planned power outages in Monroe today as crews work on system improvements in the neighborhood.

The first outage was scheduled for 8 a.m. on Heaton Road and is expected to last about four hours, affecting 221 customers.

A second outage is planned for Lake Region Boulevard, beginning at 12 p.m. and also lasting approximately four hours. This outage is expected to affect 225 customers.

O&R says all affected customers will be notified through its automated telephone notification system.
