Nearly 50 New Apartments Nearing Completion at Forest Rd & Schunemunk Rd

Nearly 50 new apartments located near Forest Road and Schunemunk Road have reached one of the final stages before opening, bringing much-anticipated new housing in the area closer to reality.

This major step comes after the utility company installed and activated the gas meters and gas lines, a key requirement before residents can move in. With this work now completed, the apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy within a matter of weeks, barring any unforeseen delays.

Only final inspections, minor finishing work, and remaining technical details stand between local families and the opening of these new units, marking a significant milestone for the growing neighborhood around Forest Road and Schunemunk Road.
