Major Milestone: Acres Enclave Phase 2 Receives Electrical Service

A major milestone was reached Friday at the rapidly expanding Acres Enclave development, as electrical service was officially energized at Phase 2, making it the first major residential development in the area to receive permanent power in approximately a year and a half.

The installation marks a significant step forward in the project's progress, allowing construction to move into its next stages as homes can now begin operating with permanent electrical service.

Acres Enclave is one of several large-scale developments reshaping Kiryas Joel, and the arrival of permanent power is considered a key benchmark before buildings can move closer to occupancy and final completion.

Developers and residents welcomed Friday's achievement as an important advancement, with work continuing throughout the site as additional infrastructure and construction progress toward completion.
