Greens at Chester Development Receives Water Service After Long Delay

A major milestone has been reached at the Greens at Chester development, where water service has now been connected after a lengthy delay that left the project waiting despite much of the construction already being completed. 

The development has now officially received its Certificate of Occupancy, allowing the project to finally move forward toward full use and paving the way for residents to begin moving in.

The project has drawn considerable attention, as many families have been waiting for progress and updates on when the development would be able to move ahead.
