Fresh Wheat for Pesach 2025 Arrives in Kiryas Yoel

Although it's currently summer, the preparation for Pesach 2025 is already in full swing in Kiryas Yoel.

The annual wheat harvest for the Kiryas Yoel Matzah Bakery was completed in recent weeks, and yesterday, a delivery truck arrived with a fresh shipment of this year’s wheat.

While most people start thinking about and purchasing matzos in the weeks leading up to Pesach, the bakery workers are immersed in the process, breathing the air and taking in the matzah smell, many months in advance.
