Flooding on David Wieder Blvd After Pipe Burst

A pipe burst in the boiler of a home on David Wieder Boulevard, flooding the first floor. The Kiryas Joel Fire Department and Chaveirim of Orange County responded quickly to help pump out the water and limit the damage.

Firefighters worked for over two hours at the scene. Water service, which had been shut off during the emergency, was restored for nearly a hundred families once the situation was under control.
