Construction Set to Begin on Lakeside Panorama Development Following Final Approval

After more than a year of planning, and approvals, construction is set to begin on the Lakeside Panorama development. 

Developers recently received final permits needed to move forward with construction. In recent weeks, crews completed tree removal on the site ahead of deadlines, clearing the way for work to begin.

The first phase will include major excavation work, with crews expected to begin digging foundations in the coming days. Concrete foundations and other site work will follow shortly thereafter.

The project, located across from Acres Enclave Phase Two, is planned to include 220 apartment units and marks another major residential development moving forward in the area.
