Chaveirim of Orange County Lends a Hand as Monroe’s Airplane Park Gets a Major Upgrade

As the Village of Monroe embarks on a major upgrade to its beloved Airplane Park, Chaveirim of Orange County has stepped up to provide vital support for this community-driven initiative.
Despite the busy preparations for the upcoming Passover holiday, members of Chaveirim have volunteered their time to assist with food and drink services for the construction crew. Their efforts have been warmly received by workers, who appreciate the community’s involvement and dedication to making this project a success.
With the Community Build Week just around the corner, the Village of Monroe is actively seeking volunteers to help fill a wide range of roles—including crew leaders, general volunteers, and coordinators for tools, food, and logistics. With 80 volunteers needed per shift, three shifts per day, for an entire week, there are plenty of opportunities for residents to get involved and contribute to this legacy project.
“We are proud to support the Village of Monroe’s efforts to create an inclusive and accessible space for all members of the community,” said a representative of Chaveirim of Orange County. “Our volunteers are committed to helping make this project a success, and we invite others to join us in this meaningful endeavor.”
