Breaking: Bingo Moving Forward With New Location in Kiryas Yoel Area

By Y.M. Lowy

A new location of Bingo Wholesale is moving forward in the Kiryas Joel area, after receiving approval from the Village of Woodbury Planning Board during a May 6 meeting.

The proposed store would open on the Route 32 property in the Woodbury area where Staples previously was located.

Bingo already has popular locations in Lakewood, Monsey, Cedarhurst, and Boro Park. It's widely known as one of the largest kosher wholesale grocery stores, attracting shoppers with its large selection of bulk items, household products, groceries, and discounted pricing.

The project will now move to the next stage of the approval process, with a public hearing scheduled for June 3.

Representatives for the project are currently finalizing traffic studies and traffic pattern reports, which are expected to be presented at the upcoming meeting as part of the review process.

If approved, the new store is expected to become a major shopping destination for families throughout the surrounding areas.
