Beis Rochel School Moves Forward With O&R

By Mrs. I. Perl

The construction at the new Beis Rochel school building has been going on for some time and is nearing completion.

Although progress was happening fast, there was one area where they weren’t moving forward; O&R didn't connect yet the electricity due to several technical reasons.

On Monday of this week the menahel of the cheder asked all the rebbeim to daven with their students that the issues should be worked out and the electricity should be connected as soon as possible.

Just two days later O&R starting working with the school, and askanim were up all night Wednesday with O&R to fix some issues so that they should be able to move forward. As of this morning the new building has working electricity.

This breakthrough comes right before a massive campaign is set to launch to raise the money needed to complete the building and make it ready for the school to move in.
