Bakertown Road to Become One-Way on Weekdays as Drainage Work Gets Underway

Drivers should be aware of upcoming traffic changes as work continues on the new drainage system along Bakertown Road, between Dinov and Miron.

Crews will be installing a major drainage system underneath the road. Once the project is completed, the plan is to widen the roadway and add another lane to improve traffic flow in the area.

Starting tomorrow and continuing until about a week before Pesach, the stretch of Bakertown Road between Dinov and Miron will operate as a one-way road during weekdays while the work is underway.

To make things easier in the busy days before Pesach, the road will return to regular two-way traffic on weekends, remaining fully open from Friday at 1:00 p.m. until Monday at 6:00 a.m.
