Bakertown Road Construction to Impact Traffic Day and Night This Week

Drivers on Bakertown Road should expect traffic delays throughout the week as construction work continues.

Starting today, crews began removing the existing roadway along the side of Bakertown Road heading from County Route 105 toward Dinev Road. As a result, traffic is being reduced to a one way lane, including during overnight hours Monday and Tuesday.

Once the road removal is completed, crews are scheduled to repave that side of the roadway from Wednesday through Friday. 

After the first side is completed, construction will move to the opposite side of Bakertown Road. Traffic will then be shifted onto the newly paved roadway while work continues on the remaining side.

Drivers are advised to allow extra travel time and use caution when passing through the construction zone.
