Another Winter Storm On The Horizon

By Mrs. I. Perl

It’s time to bundle up once again. A winter storm is headed our way, and it’s bringing snow, sleet, and a whole lot of cold weather with it.

Starting later tonight, the snow will begin to fall, and by Wednesday morning, Monroe could be blanketed in around an inch of snow.

Wednesday’s morning traffic will likely be slow, with dangerous travel conditions that could cause delays.

There’s more snow arriving again Wednesday, with sleet and freezing rain overnight. Thursday morning will bring some rain showers and finally some slightly warmer temperatures.

To ensure the roads can be cleared properly, drivers are urged to remove their cars from the roads overnight.
