Airplane Park Grand Opening Set for Monday

By Y.M. Lowy

The Village of Monroe is ready to celebrate the grand opening of Airplane Park on Monday at 10 a.m. This new playground features brand-new, exciting play equipment designed for kids of all ages.

One special highlight of the park is the original big airplane structure from the old playground. Carefully moved and repositioned with a crane back in March, the airplane remains a beloved centerpiece.

Daily Monroe reported on the park’s transformation, every step of how the new setup is adding new fun for families to enjoy.

Residents are invited to come to Airplane Park next Monday.
